My name is Alex Williams, and I am the co-founder at Royal Educare. As part of the leadership team, my main duties are to train, educate and inspire others to develop themselves, achieve goals and deliver the best possible recruitment and consultancy service on the market. I have a responsibility to the team to market Royal Educare and create an exceptional brand that tells our story to the world.

As a company, we have a purpose to not just deliver a great service to our clients, but to become a trusted partner, where we consultant and work together to build great businesses, surrounded by great people. We teach and implement processes to help our clients recruit and retain the best talent on the market and educate them to value and give recognition where it is deserved.

As a father to 4 children and partner to a beautiful fiancé – if anyone asks what is the most important thing in life? I say these 5 every time! I am a fitness fanatic and enjoy spending time at the gym or hiking large mountains across the country.

Victoria Beacham

Victoria Beacham

CoFounder & Managing Director

Before opening up the doors to Royal Educare with my brother Alex Williams, I worked in the health and social care and education sector for many years.

Not only do I have the hands on experience within the sector, I also went on to gain a BSc Hons Degree in Health and Social Care Management so I could further my knowledge and understanding to not be that "just a business owner" status you often find, but to be the best I can be.

We all need that work, family, and social life balance so I spend a lot of time with my family when at Home. However, a passion of mine is music. I spend a lot of my time lost in the world of music whether it be audio, live, gigs, festivals.... You will find me there!

Paul Beasley

Paul Beasley

Recruitment Manager

My name is Paul Beasley and since March 2022 I am now the Recruitment Manager at Royal Educare.

I am a Health and Social Care Management graduate from the University of South Wales with a first-class honour. I have vast experience working in the sector from a young age - working within children’s residential care. I am confident this has given me a great understanding of the demands of the social care, when sourcing and headhunting the ‘best talent’ for my clients roles. Outstanding recruitment is more than just a service, it is a partnership".

On the weekend you will often find me at the football (Come on the Bluebirds), in the pub or rolling around the house avoiding bullets from a Nerf gun whilst dressed as a Disney princess with a full face of makeup (I don’t do this for fun or alone). I have loving family, that I cherish very much.

Ieuan Thomas

Ieuan Thomas

Recruitment Specialist - Agency Social Care

I'm Ieuan Thomas and I'm a Recruitment Resourcer at Royal Educare based in Bridgend, South Wales. We are an award-winning recruitment agency offering truly dependable staffing for your health, social care organisation.

Previously I worked within a customer facing role in a local desert shop. This was fast paced role in which I learnt excellent customer care whilst developing my personal phone manner taking orders on a day to day basis. This role really helped me come out of my shell and built my confidence to make me the person I am today.

During my education I became competent in all ICT, Maths, English, Science and Basic skills.

I find myself here at Royal Educare today having gone through the kickstart scheme. This position enticed me as I have great communication and people skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment. Being the first point of contact on a candidates journey in to work is an extremely satisfying position to be in.

My hobbies outside of the day to day busy schedule include spending time with my friends, seeing nice places (which don't involve going on a plane - PHOBIA) and playing and watching any sport I can.

Lizzie Mackenzie

Lizzie Mackenzie

Talent Partner - Agency Social Care

I have always had a real passion for the care industry. This began when I was 13, I worked in a care home washing up pots and pans. I progressed my career in the care industry in my early twenties and gained a lot of experience working in nursing homes in the south east of England. Since then, my passion for the sector has only grown. At Sunrise I worked my way up to lead care manager, after completing some internal training with medication administration, plus my completion of GNVQ health and social care. This role meant I was responsible for allocating the staff on my shift to residents. I would also be responsible for overseeing the shift, helping where needed and at the end of the shift handing over to the night nursing staff. I later completed an access to health course with distinctions with a view to going into the nursing sector. I am excited to still be involved in the recruitment side of the health & social care industry, and I feel my experience will enable me to achieve great things at Royal Educare.

I am excited to see my career flourish. In 6 months time, I would hope to see myself as a capable talent partner and a valued member of the team.

In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit by Swimming and Pilates classes. I enjoy family time and socializing with friends. I have 2 children who keep me busy day to day plus a very active dog. So my life in general is all go.

Kristian Beacham

Kristian Beacham

Talent Partner - Agency Social Care

My background has always been in the trades sector – predominantly undertaking most multi skilled job roles. Fast forward a few years, we began working for a company called Care & Repair. This involved fitting new bathrooms into the homes of vulnerable people. Although I love working in trades, I found myself gravitating towards supporting & assisting the elderly whilst on site.

After finding a love for supporting vulnerable people, I decided to take on sole responsibility in caring for my elderly grandparents. Understanding what it takes to be a good carer, I have since decided to join Royal Educare & transfer my skills into health & social care recruitment. The sector is under immense staffing pressures & I am so grateful to be part of a team who is truly trying to make a positive difference in the world.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with the family & maintaining my health and fitness by regularly visiting the gym.
